Throughout each summer here in Cook Inlet, we catch three species of salmon; Kings (Chinook), Reds (Sockeye) and Silvers (Coho). Kings are the first to arrive in our waters, followed by Reds mid summer and we finish our season catching Silvers in the fall. Our fish is available whole or gutted and gilled (G&G as its known in the industry). As each fish is pulled from our nets, they are immediately bled out and placed into slush ice to chill until they are delivered to Anchorage the following day.
